Summer swim clinic The Wiesbaden Wahoos swim team hosts a summer swim clinic from Aug. 13-17 for stroke development and from Aug. 19-23 for intermediate and advanced swimmers. Both sessions will be held at the Hallenbad Kleinfeldchen from 8-10 a.m. Visit www.wiesbadsenwahoos.com for details.
American Sports Camp An American fliter Sports Camp will be held in Frankfurt-Nordend July 15-19 at the Kleyerschule gym. The camp is for boys and girls ages 8-17. The camp takes place daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and experienced coaches will introduce participants to American football, baseball, lacrosse and basketball. Blaser Cup qualifier fliter Wiesbaden military community youth Daniel Boehme shot 80 birds out of 100 cleanly at a competition in Dornsberg June 1 to win the JungJaeger category, gold and qualify for the Blaser Cup finals fliter which will be held this October. The soon-to-be-16-year-old hunter has won three competitions this year.

Wallau run The 18th Wallauer Mittsommer Lauf will take place Friday, June 21 at the TV Wallau sports field on Rheingauer Weg in Hofheim-Wallau.
